The Andronous Vengence of Our Present Jurisprudence

So this is what justice has become? While in no way condoning this immorality I must ask regarding the spirit evident in this judge: For the counts of sexual misconduct (and misconduct it was) does it appear to anyone that a capital sentence as he was given seem justified? If one listens to this judge's voice and the content of what she says, does it not sound like someone who is executing an almost sadistic vengeance rather than justice? Does she not sound like a judge who is somewhat, maybe even a little, filled with a toxic hatred for men, and willing here to make this man a scapegoat for her hatred? I mean 175 years? Murderers are often given much lighter sentences. Drug dealers who poison children are given lighter sentences. Just as misogyny would be wrong in a male judge should not misandrony be wrong in a female judge? And by the way, this is nothing new. I saw a similar spirit in the female judge who handed down to a Cuban friend of mine (for a different and not a sordid crime) an extremely inordinate sentence to what all his neighbors new as a good man that made a discretionary mistake with regard to a firearm. And one could hear in her tone and evident in her words that hers was likewise a misandronous vengeance that poisoned her judgement.
